Certified Technical Solutions is a privately held IT services provider based in Concord NH. CTS' founder has a long history in the technical field. His interest in technology started back in the early 80’s with building and programming his own computers. From that moment, the technology seed was planted and has grown to encompass many areas of IT over the years. His professional career began in the trenches of a 7 x 24 managed services call center – helpdesk. During this time, the value of exceptional customer service, truly listening to a customer’s needs and prompt issue resolution were deeply instilled and remain core principles of CTS to this day. |

Studying and working with senior engineers resulted in a real world, working knowledge. He soon was recognized and promoted to team leader in the operations center. Rising through the ranks he attained the titles of Senior Systems Engineer, Network Engineer and Operations Manager. Along the way he acquired numerous industry certifications from leading vendors, among them Microsoft, Cisco and Novell. |

After some time field engineering at client locations, Mark was offered the opportunity to direct the field engineers throughout the Northeast. This was a new and excited chapter in his career and entailed directing up to 50 engineers at multiple clients from Maine to New Jersey. Some of the high profile accounts included Polo Ralph Lauren, Bank of New York and numerous Colleges and Universities in the Boston area. These clients accounted for over 300 servers and 5000 workstations. |
